I really love the staff here! Very friendly and informative. The only critique I have is that the communication when a prescription is sent in is out of stock. Many times I get no timeline when the medication may be back in stock.
Every one especially Connie is so nice and fast here. They always have my medications. There friendly and never have a bad attitude. I drive passed 4 krogers just to come here because they are so fast.
I have been a Kroger pharmacy customer for 36 years in Rochester and Oakland twp MI. I have always been tremendously happy with them-NO complaints EVER. Well today that changed with 2 people I had never spoken to before. Apparently They have started giving Covid shots sometime recently at the Oakland Twp store. My Dr called in a prescription on the automated line at 12;30. 2 hours later I called to see if it was ready. A man told me he never received it.
