They call and tell me my prescription is ready for pick-up and every time I arrive, I'm told that it is a 15 to 30 minute wait for said prescriptions and that I'm "free to shop around the store while I wait". I have since arranged for pick ups at an entirely different pharmacy with no wait or excuses.
Needed assistance with a Rx that apparently had not been put through by the medical provider. Pharmacist CJ helped get it through. Thanks to the pharmacists and staff who are always helpful.
I am grateful to those who work at the Kroger pharmacy located in the Milan Kroger store. I have had exceptional service there and appreciate their competence. Thank you Milan Kroger Pharmacy employees!
I am consistently impressed by the pharmacists and staff here. They are always pleasant and go out of their way to help.
