Not very reliable. They tell me scripts will be ready that day and when I go to pick them up the NEXT day, they say they don't have that particular medicine and it will be a couple of days. Also earlier this year they overfilled a script of 10 pills (gave me 20) and when I called them they said I needed to bring the extra back ( I didn't). Transferred my scripts to the Little Pharmacy in Milan.
Absolute trash pharmacy. supposed to give a notification when medicine is ready was told my epilepsy medicine would be ready by tonight. Never got the notification. Now the place is closed and no medicine.
I love the Pharmacists and all the workers! They work so hard there and very friendly and kind.
If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year only because it’s the closest to me and I have to go to Kroger for food shopping anyways. Well let me just say this, this is the WORST pharmacy I have EVER dealt with in my life, and I’ve dealt with a lot. The people who work there are beyond unprofessional and unpleasant, the only one who is somewhat decent is the girl who looks like a teenager, and the flamboyant guy, everyone else there is a nightmare especially the older shorter lady.
