I would not give them any stars. Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated With Kroger Delivery I have never experienced such a frustrating and unacceptable grocery delivery situation. On September 19 at approximately 1:00 PM, I placed a grocery order with Kroger for delivery between 3:00–4:00 PM. That delivery never arrived. I have used Kroger for over 1 year. Excellent service and quality. My groceries were delivered this morning by Marquice Johnson. He was such a gentleman asking if I needed help getting my groceries inside. I hope Marquis delivers to me again
I have been using Kroger delivery since we moved here almost 2 years ago. It has been great, and drivers are always friendly. However, in my last 3 orders my frozen items have come completely thawed. Today's order had ice cream melted all over the bag & other frozen items were soggy and thawed. We always bring in our items immediately, so it's not an issue of them sitting out. I have sent multiple complaints, and Kroger always refunds me. But the freezers on the trucks need to be checked! Didn't know another way to get this ... read more
I do not recommend signing up for delivery through Kroger if you live in a rural area. In my experience, drivers are often unfamiliar with country roads and can have difficulty locating homes even when GPS is provided. Additionally, if any animals are visible on your property, deliveries may be canceled upon arrival. Communication can also be an issue, drivers may send a text and then leave shortly after, without allowing enough time for a response.
