** rant. I will no longer shop at Kroger! If you do the online pick up CALL before you leave your house to see if your order is ready. DO NOT believe the text or email you get, or the person you talk to when you park. This is the 3rd time this has happend to me, get there 8am, told everyone quit they are behind come back in 2 hours, (i dont want to drive 45 minutes home and 45minutes back so I wait) and guess what after 2 hours I am told 1.5-2 more hours. The products are great, but the personnel are terrible at follow through. The online shipping (pick up) is terrible. The website is not bad, but in some cases prices are wrong. A specific example is lobster tails showed as $6 each (at the store on Ridgeway in Rockwall) I ordered 6 but my credit card was charged $108 instead of $36. A call to the store (Helen she said) told me to call my credit card bank. I did and was told Kroger would have to correct the mistake. That order was 12/9/20 today is 1/2/21 still not corrected ev... read more

Jeffersonville, Indiana I shop here frequently without difficulty. The rating is for their Clicklist. I have previously had minor errors in my Clicklist without saying much, but tonight did me in. I placed an order yesterday, with a pick-up reservation for today at 6p-7p. At 5:45 pm, I received a message that my order is "running behind" and I can pick-up between 7p-8p. QFC and Fred Meyer in the North Seattle area are about the worst managed stores I could imagine for getting customers out the door. I stand in line at the one full cart line for up to 12 minutes with the one line open and 4 to 5 employees milling about chatting with each other or looking busy. There is no excuse for keeping so many customers in line. It's just a lack of attention by the managers on duty. I am friendly and well aquainted with most of the checkers. I would never treat them this way if they were my clients. It ... read more

We’re moving to this area & there are no ***grocery stores here. We tried Kroger for the first time. The sale prices listed on the items were good, but when we checked out we were charged full price for everything. We will not be shopping at Kroger again.
