I ordered delivery for Sunday morning and it was delivered to some wrong address somewhere other than my porchf. When I called the store they informed me that I had to call Instacart to get it fixed, they could do nothing about it. I had to look up the Instacart website to get a number because I didn't know I was registered with them. I called them and was told they couldn't help me because my phone number and the number on my loyalty card didn't match my account information. Over priced, bad quality of veggies, fruit, and meats. Went there today because they advertised ribeye for $5.97 lb. When I got there there were basically scraps left over in the meat bin so I went to the butcher and asked him if he could cut me a couple pieces. He tells me no, what's in the bin is all we have and walks away. It happens all the time I try and give Kroger another chance. I am so done with this grocery store! I shop at the Eichelberger kroger in Kettering (45429) and it’s always a pleasant experience. Lyn is one of the employees that works in the self checkout and is always super helpful and has a smile on her face.

I purchased a $200 ****gift card on Dec 13, 2022 at the Morton, IL Kroger store. Upon trying to use the card my grandchild was told the card had a problem. I called the number on the back of the **** card and was told that the card was flagged as fraudulent in June 2022. I was then told to go to the website listed on the back of the card. After entering the information requested on the website, the message said to call the number that I called in the first place. Worst customer service EVER. I love our local King Soopers, but ever since signing up for Kroger Boost, I feel like we've been majorly scammed. We paid $100 for a year of grocery delivery. But what they didn't mention is that they can randomly decide not to deliver your grocery order. When I called "customer service" to ask for a refund, I was hung up on by a "supervisor" twice. Please think twice before signing up for Boost. It's just a way for corporate to squeeze money out of loyal clients with no accountability.

Very rude staff In a hurry Does not take the time to explain medication instructions. When called per phone for dosing instructions..the pharmacy staff says " just read the label. I switched my business to another pharmacy!

Fred Meyer Kroger is a local shyster crooked company that likes to take money and not deliver goods or services as promised and they will do nothing about it except make you sit and wait 10 days for your money to come back that they stole in the first place and you as a disabled veteran and your children get to starve to death while they play around with my money and decide to send it back in 10 days that is atrocious and unacceptable behavior from a so-called professional grocery store company, ha! Where do I start, every time I frequent a Kroger store specifically Fred Meyer the employees treat me as if I’m a thief. I spend over 1000 a month a Kroger and the way they treat their customers is horrendous. I bought spinach in January that was Kroger brand only to find a dead worm clinging to a leaf that the brand swears Is pre washed. I have a picture it’s a shame I cannot post it.
