Oct 11 2023 @2:00 pm: Just left, tried to get some red roses, and there were none on the shelves. No one was at the desk to assist me. I went to customer service, and she tried calling produce to get someone to help me, I was told the person who works at the floral station is on break. So you're telling me if someone comes during that person's break time, there is no one else that can assist in the ENTIRE STORE??? That is verrryyy poor service, in my opinion.
