I have tried at various times today to load the digital coupons. I can't get the soft coin page, I can't get any listing of My Coupons previously loaded. I keep getting a listing of everything available to me on the computer. am I the only one having this problem?
I would have gave it 5 stars if not for what happened to me there today. Cashiers are to nosey for their own good. They had no business reading thru my receipt to check out my card balance for my SNAP benefits! That is none of her business and I felt violated. If I want her to know my finances and funds I would tell her. Some things are supposed to be kept private and what she did was wrong. I know it may keep my from shopping here again if the other cashiers are like her!
Why would your store offer online purchases but no way to pay but coming into the store? Crazy!! Wish I had recommended subway instead of Kroger !!! Minus star!
