Very very very very very slow
Pharmacy is really a Joke... I understand the whole COVID-19 thing. But this is not that... I have had 6 prescriptions in process of being fulfilled for the last 4-5 days. Most of them I need to take daily. But no text... no email... no call. To prevent from waiting hours in store or making two runs. I have been trying to call ALL DAY and the pharmacy phone line is BUSY... so yet again have to wait again for another WHOLE DAY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS... everyone is supposed to be 6' apart yet if the one in Brandenburg did that we would be out the back door cause they don't open up lines. Then it's the pharmacy. You wait in line for 30 minutes to get up there and the pull down a blind saying closed. WTH!!.
so when I do I'll online and they charged me $63.86 on my receipt but my bank account shows $98.98 being taken out just trying to clarify how that's Justified trying to call Kroger now for 15 minutes can't get nobody done called five times ring still goes to a busy signal I get people are being stupid over this Coronavirus I didn't get half the stuff I tried to order online they said they had and now you want to charge me $30 more than what you should of something's off their people
staff is super friendly... always willing to help ya out. store is clean and holidays aside usually stocked with whatever ya need most times. I recommend this particular store over most
