I took my daughter to Kroger today, and as we were looking at strawberries my daughter got upset because I told her the strawberries were not looking good, so we were not going to get them. A few minutes later an employee approached me with a container of beautiful looking strawberries and said they were free. Apparently, California is having issues with their crops, so Kroger is feeling the effects of the shortage now. I just wanted to thank Holly, that act of kindness really brightened our day!
I am a retired Veteran and I understand the people that work there are afraid to approach people but I find it pretty disgusting that security let a mangy ass dog (pulled off as a "service dog" .... and was cussed at .... i understand the people there cant ask for creditionals but security can, and Kroger employees stand around with their heads up their asses when these two people with a self proclaimed service dog sniffs people that is NOT SD behavior ..... the guy comes up to me cussing after his wife told me to FUCK OFF a... read more
I was there for two pharmacy items @ 600 pm tonight. Self-checkouts were locked up. Some problem they could not fix. All other lanes 6-10 customers backed up. Not one management person in sight. Brandenburg is ripe for another, better-managed store.
So Kroger had this great deal for Kentucky State fair tickets that ended at midnight!!! Oh wait.... it was a joke. The Brandenburg store told me the special ended at midnight. But wait a moment... Not for them. They ended the special at 10!! Haha. You just drove 40 minutes for nothing. Hahaha. It ends at midnight but wait no we meant 10!!!! hahaha.... you stink!!!!
We need to start a hashtag trend #krogerfail dedicated to the epic level of ineptitude displayed by your store. We could all list the disturbingly long laundry list of was you destroy the meaning of the words... Customer Service. While there may only be four complaints, please remember most people don't complain they just don't return. Or maybe we could start a different hashtag #prayersfornewgroceryintheburg. Au Revoir Kroger. I hope our paths never cross again.
