i was in Kroger today and felt that i had someone following me and my little one around the store, which of course made me feel very uncomfortable. the "courtesy clerk" D.J. was BEYOND helpful to me. i asked him if he would walk me to my car bc of my uneasy feeling. not only did he do that, he loaded my groceries in my car for me and sat w me while i buckled my child in his seat, and until i drove away to make sure that i felt safe. so thank you D.J, i seriously cannot thank you enough for what you did today! everyone has be... read more
Kroger deli personnel need to learn some manners. I know you don't have baby swiss cheese but when I ask when you're getting some in, the answer is not a humpf and we don't have any! And how about y'all stock some more steak cuts other than top loin! Y'all have rude people working there!
I've been shopping here for years with no problem. But today I encountered a cashier named Sarah. She didn't greet me, made no eye contact and snatched my keys out of my hand when I presented her with my Kroger plus card. She handed me my receipt and didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. Believe me if there were a Publix nearby I'd be shopping there.
Does Kroger like to loose money? Why would some Kroger managers not take a coupon on an item they want to get rid of any way? Say a $2.00 off coupon on a marked down that is $1.70.. Kroger turns in the coupon gets $2. Plus .08 per coupon?? Your getting more than you would have if you would have taken the coupon "some" of the managers get it... Make it right!!
