A very dirty store including the restrooms. Wish there was a Public closer. Employees are not friendly.
Great Place to get my food the woman in self check out is absolutely amazing she text me every time and she actually cares about me and my children and the Starbucks here is wonderful as well I’ve got to know all the wonderful ladies there and they know my drinks they know me they know my kids it’s absolutely the best place for me to go in town to get my groceries and anything else that I need. I love this store
We ordered a prom corsage this past week. We went to pick it up on Saturday and they didn't have our order. She couldn't find the order nor the corsage. I asked if they could make me another one really quick, but she couldn't and gave a lot of excuses. I don't recommend using them for anything like this. She questioned if I was at the correct Kroger and I had to remind her it was she that took my order, what we said and what she wrote it on. I'm not sure how Kroger is considered a "health food store" if you no longer carry extra lean ground turkey. I will only shop at Publix now....

The produce department has dramatically declined the past few months. Food isn't fresh, out of stock and staff rarely acknowledges customers. Yesterday I literally filled up the child sitting area of my cart to overflowing with bags of baby carrots that all had sell by dates of either 6/25 or 7/3 - and it was 7/5. Did the ClickList thing where they supposedly bring groceries to your car; been sitting in car almost 2 hours now. Will never shop at this Kroger again. �����
There was a dead fly in the case with the cakes in the bakery and I asked for a discount on the $25 cake I bought. The manager’s “customer service” was nonexistent. She had a snotty attitude, and told me she’d take a dollar off-ONE dollar, because the fly wasn’t actually INSIDE the cake box-in which case I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place!
