I am very mad about this Kroger ! We got a visa gift card last night so I could order my kids Christmas presents (which was a good bit) well when I open the gift card a Walmart card was in there!! I was confused as soon as i seen that my boyfriend called up there & they gave us a number which we have been trying ALL DAY to get our money back or the gift card NOTHING ! RecommendedI love my local kroger but lately I’m not getting all my orders and today I bought a rotisserie chicken and came home to eat it noticing that the chicken was not cooked all the way through. Very disappointed in the service today
Thank you to the young man Zander in the Produce Department, who went above and beyond to find the items that I needed for an Instacart customer. Stopped what he was doing and went straight back there. Thank you sir and thank you Kroger for hiring and exceptional young man😎
I was unaware that this is 1 per person. When i told the employee Danisha she that I didn’t know she processed to be extremely rude to me and started smacking the shelves saying “there’s a sigh, there’s a sign, there’s a sign” horrible experience! She doesn’t deserve the be employed there when so many are in meed of a job. I will only return at a pure convenience.

The guys that work in the meat dept are always helpful. The produce dept has changed over the last few months and not for the good. The new design I am not liking. Oh and then the lady in the Deli Tina has always went above and beyond to help me every Wed. morning. Just found out she has been moved to a different area of the store. Please get her back in the deli and move the young guys that are not helpful or polite. I am still up in the air if I will be changing stores. Only time will tell
Aman discriminated against me and lied to the regional manager saying I brought in a different script when it has an issue date so that made him look like an idiot. They wouldn’t fill my script which I have on recording because the doctors office was an hour away from their location and they do too many controlled substance scripts 🤣 I can’t wait to sue you guys
