I will love it even more if this woman, Anita Midkiff, pays my daughter the $25 she and her husband owe her for taking off with a high chair she sold them without paying her! I hear she works at this Kroger in the fuel kiosk... My daughter is a single mom of 2 and they have no idea what that $25 meant to her!
I've wanted to say something for awhile now and can't seem to get to the e-mail address so I guess this will do. The conversion is lacking in organization, that's probably an understatement. Even the employees don't know where things are located now. It's not the change and replacement that is the problem, it is the lack of communication during the change. I had a problem with a coupon not ringing up right and their customer service manager was very rude, won't shop there again.
Not a place I will shop again . Their so called management needs a customer friendly refresher course.

This construction has dragged on for over a year, sick of it. And no end in sight!
AVOID THIS LOCATION. Empty shelves that only get refilled in the morning. If you don't arrive by noon, items may be sold out for the day. Try showing up when they open and shelves not stocked, and cashiers cannot give you a rain-check since that is done through customer service even though CS is closed until 8am. Tons of lost revenue for the store. Management doesnt care.
