Again the shelves are not stocked! The bottle water shelf is less than 1/4 full. The things we try to buy every week are not there. What's up Kroger??? Meijer is coming to Owensboro!
I have been attempting to call customer service to get a double charge off of my debit card. I keep getting transferred, hung up on, and the store manager where this happened told me to call corporate because it's not her issue. I commute a far distance during the week and I buy gas daily at Kroger so this is very disappointing. Looks like I'll be finding a new gas station to go each day.
It was nasty tonight. Was there earlier this evening. Trash on top of the grapes. Have a pic, just nasty.
I want to thanks Mike in the gas station for helping me when I locked my keys in my car with the motor running today. He let me use his cell phone to call my daughter and work. And he offered to let me sit in his truck since it was so cold out. People like him are what make this a great place to shop!!
SCREWED BY KROGER. Store offers a 5% senior citizen discount on Thursdays, but not all day on Thursdays in Owensboro. I checked out at 11:05 PM Thursday and no discount. Why, I asked. “We’re on Louisville time,” the clerk said. I’m happy we now have an Aldi supermarket, plus I’ll be doing even more grocery shopping at Walmart.
In my opinion the most courteous and friendly employees of any chain store. most everuone know the great deals and clean stores.
I see that the open carry ammosexual movement has reached Kentucky. I am seeing selfies of people with open carry in some of your stores. First of all, I don't understand why you need to post a selfie with your arms. If the open carry is to deter crime like the canned peas falling off the shelf and injuring you...why the ammosexual post? Note to the manager. I spend $8,000 a year in your store.
