I have been loyal to Kroger and this store for years. The last 6 months it’s gone downhill fast. The produce department is a joke. Either they are always out of product or it’s half rotten. The dairy department should be ashamed of themselves. The amount of items out of stock on a consistent basis is ridiculous not to mention the fact that the isle is always blocked with product waiting to be put on the shelves. I am a loyal Kroger customer but today they have made me decide to switch grocery stores! I needed vanilla extract as I’m sure everyone else does right now. Kroger on two notch has it on sale for....wait for it.....$8.39!!!! This was for the small bottle. All the other extracts were $2.99 but the Vanilla was $8.39!!! I questioned the manager as this obviously was wrong and he said it was correct and had no control over it. Kroger you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

While checking out tonight, a nice young man helped my daughter and me. He bagged my groceries and interacted with my daughter. This is the slowest pharmacy. I have waited for over 45 minutes and all the staff is laughing and talking. There are no other customers waiting. Won't be using their services again.
