I will NEVER use their Click List service again. The clerk didn’t bring out half of my groceries and when I called all they wanted to do is play the hold game and the store “manager” Ryan didn’t even have the balls to come to the phone and handle the situation I had to ask for the manager 3 times. I know he was standing there the whole time because I heard when the gentleman was explaining the situation to him. If you use Kroger, please do not use the one on Two Notch. They did not apologize for a friend’s family for causing undue stress and basically called them liars for informing them they short changed them. On top of that one of the managers and employees acted in a racist manner. Unacceptable! They obviously do not care about their customers.
RecommendedThank you for working so hard to keep items stocked during the time of this virus. I hope your employees can be compensated a little extra in some way. Thanks for keeping my family fed. Sam's Club can't say the same.
Nicest place to shop. I'm in a wheelchair, they ALWAYS ask if I need help with anything. SUPERB STAFF.Good Deals. Friendly, Knowledgeable.Clean Store. Can't recommend enough. I can't say I really " like" shopping, but they always make it a pleasant experience.😀 Thankyou for that!💖
Just a wonderful place to shop, the associates are nice and professional and lots of flowers to choose from as well as the store is clean. Definitely my place to go now.

My husband just went to pay a bill at the customer service and they told him it was closed until 5! How can you close an entire department ! What a wasted trip!
It’s a very disturbing thing that I have seen the last few times I’ve been in the store . Looks like a noose . My nephews who are African American also felt that this could be racially motivated . Very disappointing!
