Kroger customer service is inept, unskilled, indifferent and circular doing little or nothing about complaints once read. I sent 3 submissions complaining of poor product, misrepresentation on labeling, false or deceptive product without a reply. I used "chat" and wasted 40 minutes, asked for a supervisor who would not participate - or there "isn't one available, you'll have to call". How absurd. So I went to pick up my 18 yr olds medicine today from KING SOOPERS PHARMACY located on Fillmore and centennial in colorado springs Co. so i give the tech the birthday and she looks it up and tells me that it is not covered on my daughters insurance ok no problem so I proceed to put out my wallet to pay for the meds out of my own pocket, so then this lady tech says "I CANT ALLOW YOU TO PAY CASH FOR THE MEDS BECAUSE YOUR DAUGHTER IS ON MEDICAID AND AS SUCH SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY FOR MEDICINE" my jaw hit the floor...... read more
Bought an ****** gift card and when my son went to use it ****** said it was already redeemed. Called ****** and they told me I had to call the place I purchased the card from. Smith's( Kroger) did nothing after 5 weeks of phone calls and emails. I will never step foot in there stores ever again.
On Saturday, January 30th, 2021, around 4:30 PM, my mom went to store 385 to pick up my little sister's prescription medication. Kroger's online grocery order is a joke. 1st-misleading by charging my credit card for total order, then it will take 5-7 days to adjust that to actual items received. 2nd-free delivery cost $9.95. 3rd-refund for over-charged and missing items up to 7 days due to COVID (? REALLY). After 3 phone calls, expressing my total dissatisfaction, the lady just hung up and refused to try to do anything to keep me as a customer. This pharmacy is a joke and the employees are very inconsiderate. The past 3 times there has been an issue. I choose to use the drive-thru because I know there is a wait and I have a 2 yr old that is always with me. Instead of waiting their ridiculous time frames in the store to possibly catch COVID; I choose to wait in the car and turn on a movie for my son. Kroger is showing it's true colors during the pandemic (In Virginia). Despite STATE MANDATES Kroger does not sanitize carts, anything inside the store nor do they enforce the mask mandate. When I asked the manager (there were two at the service desk) both said it's up to you if you want to do anything. Kroger does not care about the safety and wellbeing of the communities they are in.
I ordered a Clicklist. My total was $67.23 on 12/10/2020. My Credit card was charged $194.36. When I first noticed the over charge, it was on 12/16/2020 and that was the first time I called. I have called Kroger customer service 3 times now. The second time I called the lady gave me a $50 inconvenience credit on my Kroger Plus card. Here it is 01/12/2021 and I still have not received my $127.13 back on my Credit Card. I have a case number also. It should not have to take this long.
