Please help the people in Flint Michigan they need water
I don't generally shop at Kroger due to either expired food, filthy stores and/or terrible customer service, but I did tonight, in a pinch. During this particular experience at your store on Roswell Rd in Marietta, Ga, I discovered that it isn't just the cashiers that demonstrate unacceptable service, but the manager on duty, Kirt Clark is most crass. I am embarrassed for the Kroger company.
I brought 4 bottles of 'I-CAP' eye vitamins, which were on clearance, from the Atlanta ANSLEY MALL location. Stupid me, it never occured to me to check the EXPIRATION DATE on them. I olny wondered why i was getting such a great deal on them. Anyway, i wasn't buying them myself, but for my ELDERLY MOM, WHO HAS macular degeneration. After i got home, i had to PEEL BACK THE CLEARANCE PRICE, IN ORDER TO VIEW THE EXPIRATION DATES; imagine my great $HOCK to learn that ALL 4 BOTTLES WERE EXPIRED!! Hello: I've no complaint about service, generally, nor food quality re the items I'm interested in, except for occasional crummy produce. However, after having enjoyed access to a plentiful selection of Fraser firs during the holiday season for the past several years, this year's crop is a mighty exception. There are plenty of them, but they have all been sheared terribly, are rounded and misshapen, destroying pretty much any semblance to the classic light, open and airy Fraser fir that we love so much. Here i provo Utah they posted the price of the uneaded as 1.79 gallon but charged 1.99 gallon for unleaded they mislead and othe gasolone chains are at 1.90 to 195 gallon misleading as hell
Kroger's did me so Wrong for Thanksgiving, they Humiliated me. My kids school gave me a gift card they messed up putting money on the card and wow now my kids get No Thanksgiving Thanks so much Kroger's!!!!
Kroger is in the business of providing food for its customers so it needs to be in the business of making sure the foods sold are of a healthy nature or, at least, those foods in the Health section should live up to that description. Also, anything GMO'd should be labeled no matter the FDA rulings. Chicken from China? GMO'd salmon? Guar gum and misleading sugar names in alternative milks? Olive oils made from Canola oil?
