My daughter just resigned her position at Kroger Marketplace Glen Allen#519 because of a shift managers vindictive personality. She(the shift manager) has had her own personal issue with my daughter every since she(my daughter) wouldn't allow herself to be belittled in front of her mother, and customers. Very disappointed with lack of concern from your Harrison Avenue Dent. I purchased 200 hot dogs from you for an event which we are having for homeless Kids I inquired not about getting anything free but to inquire about your discounted buns your grocery manager was heartless & rude I will be purchasing not only my 200 buns but cookies as well at Meijer I may even bring your hot dogs back and purchase them elsewhere. Been shopping Kroger marketplace for awhile now. Seems like recently they have become the coupon nazi's, or will you, coupon police. They are so picky and rude about coupons. What is the matter they are getting the money for them plus .08 cents whats the big deal? In this enonomy a single mom has to coupon to keep food on the table. But i have had such a bad experience i have been trying HEB and other smaller stores that do not have problems taking all my coupons. My local store flat out sucks. Kroger, you need to understand what "natural" and "organic" really means. And, your employees do not care at all about the frustrated shopper. I'm frequently told "that's above my pay grade" or "those decisions came from higher up."
Just heard from someone that was at the Pataskala, Oh. Kroger, there are no carts inside at all. When asked about it, they said... "Sorry, we are busy!"
