Car got damaged in the parking lot by one of there carts. Rolled down a hill and hit my passnager door. The way you guys deal with this situation needs to be fixed.. even a cop yold me the 17 years he has been with the force and seen stuff like this happen 90% of the time they wont pay for it.
Someone needs to tell the people who cut up the fruits up for the salad bars NOT to use the same knives to cut up the fruit that they just used to cut up the onions and peppers! Onion-flavored muskmelon, honeydew, strawberries, and mangos? YUCK!!!!!!!!!
Kroger store in Bellevue TN 37221 sucks, its re-do sucks, parking sucks, customer service sucks, food quality sucks, wine aisle sucks, cheese has mold and the employees don't care sucks, customer relations suck. pharmacy technicians suck...used to be decent, customer centric store...now it just sucks
I was a customer of the Sugarcreek Township store. Your decision to build a marketplace within a mile of this store and another one on Whipp Road in Kettering I feel is a mistake. both of the existing stores are within walking distance of multiple apartment complexes and houses. If either of these stores close anytime in the future, then Kroger is going against their "Community Partner" stance. They have lost me as a customer and will cut up my rewards card. Kroger in Louisville, KY. On Hubbards Lane pissed me off tonight!!! Customer Service didn't want to help me, then she hung up on me when I called back. I got the manager involved and his punk ass didn't do a thing. Really?!?! So it's ok to not do your job and hang up on customers?!? Way to go Kroger... Never have my business again.

Just filled up from E using my .90 cents off per gallon at Kroger! I love my Kroger points! I do not like having to pay a membership fee to get to shop at a certain store with lower gas prices. I eat thus I shop at Kroger thus fuel points. NO membership that has to be renewed every year. Love my Kroger! Had a Kroger coupon for 200 extra fuel points if I spent over $70.00. My Dodge Journey filled up for $12.66 and it was below "E".
