I'm appalled that your organization would allow any customer, let alone a police officer, to be treated with such disrespect. Cops have worked security for many Krogers. Who ya gonna call when you get robbed?! Deplorable disrespect. No more Krogers!!
I am very disappointed at the behavior of the clerk, AJ, who refused to check out a customer because she is a police officer. Think about that. Her judgment is clouded as to what is right and what is wrong. Discipline her. At the very least, do something that shows moral integrity.
I am done with Kroger unless they get in front of this.....and fast.
We use to shop here almost 3 times a month. WE WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. It makes me sick how you treated our law enforcement. My husband is retire law enforcement and says he will NEVER step back in you store. You people are disgusting.
I will NOT give one cent to Kroger or its affiliates until something is done to rectify the situation with the refusal of service to the officer!!! It's disgusting how the cashier acted AND MORE DISGUSTING HOW THE MANAGER RESPONDED!!! To top it all off...RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE!!!
Seriously, Kroger? I cannot imagine how stupid your management must be to not rectify this situation as quickly as possible. Needless to say, I, along with every other member of my family, will not spend one dime in your store until you deal with this situation appropriately. It's going to be a pain in the ass to transfer all those prescriptions but, oh well. I support the people who risk their lives to keep mine safe.
Looks like your employees will have a lot of time on their hands, now that AJ refused to serve a police officer. I hate Kroger anyway, so it would be no big deal if they folded because of the actions of AJ and her supervisor.
Something better be done about the officer that was refused service at your store! The employee and her supervisor need to be fired, NOW! You will not here the end of it from any of us until it happens! Disgusting!!
