We were ripped off by this company. We called them to clean an under-sink grease trap. It was a routine cleaning; they didn't take more than 15 minutes, and they didn't check or test to see if it was actually working. Yet, they charged a shameless $500 for the service—whereas the standard rate for the same job from any other company is $150 to $250. Nothing like a septic truck coming to a plaza and blocking every truck from unloading to their stores and making stores wait a whole hour to get their product. The driver of this company refused to move temporarily to let Rick's get by horrible customer service

KRK did an excellent job on my septic tank system. They came out in a quick manner and fixed my drain field problem, drained my septic tank and got me up and going. I like this company because they are local. Kyle has been in business for over 20+ years and I highly recommend him.

I used KRK Enterprises (Ft. Pierce) for a drain field that was clogged and a pipe that had been destroyed by roots. Bass came out and looked at the broken pipe and figured out a way to reroute the pipe around the house to the septic system. (Just FYI it had been broken for years). They cleaned out the septic tank and, with no pressure, suggested that I do a complete service on the septic field (which I agreed needed to be done after 20 years living in the house).
