We have 3 dogs that we take here. Husky, a Pit mix and a Cairn Terrier. I have NEVER been disappointed with the services they receive and I'm pretty picky. They allow me to drop off early and keep them until I am able to pick up in the afternoon.
I am not really sure how this place is rated so high. We took our Pitbull Rottweiler mix to kritter kreations for shampooing, nail clipping, gland cleaning and ear cleaning. We dropped her off at 8 a.m. and was contacted at 8:45 a.m. to pick her up. We found this short time strange for the amount of work required. On the phone, Kritter kreations stated that they could not trim her front nails. They stated that they tried but she would not allow them to.
