John helped us buy our first home during COVID in the most competitive market ever. He negotiated it for under asking price after patiently helping us, showing us houses almost every other weekend, for a whole year. Found John kristonis to be arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Was contacting to have him list a property for me and got the feeling he does not practice in providing great customer service. Felt like I was beneath him and he didn't have time to listen to me. I would list with anybody but him. He doesn't need your business so don't give it to him.
