Dr Srivastava is a thoughtful doctor. I have been seeing her for a couple of years and cares for her patients. Excellent bedside manner and provides appropriate re commendations. Pain is not easy to manage and I will continue to keep her as my physician as long as I can.
Tells people they need an academic level of care, doesn't care for them in the interim. Simply allows people to suffer, but that's just Optum for you nowadays.
STAY AWAY , don't think of going to see her or anyone at this clinic. If you have legitimate and with proof of medical physical issues, they will genuinely accuse you of needing mental health help. They accuse you of it being in your head. "0" compassion, even if your suffering from allot of pain. They make their money off the visit but did "0" to help.
Worst place in Western Washington you can go to. Very judgemental.
