Second time my husband and I have visited this office. Both times we were taken to the exam rooms at the scheduled time. Had ample time with Dr. Avant to ask question.
Dr. Avant was suggested by my Physical Therapist who I trust a great deal. I have had multiple surgeries on my shoulders and so I have been through the process before. When I first arrived the new patient process was fast and efficient. When I was taken back, each staff member was friendly and competent. Special mention to Steven the PA that did the pre-check. Great experience with entire staff and Dr Avant was outstanding.
My first visit to see Dr. Avant and I went away delighted. He was personable while taking the time to explain my issue showing those areas in the x-ray. His first approach for me – was no meds and no invasive procedure. Plus, he readily sought my buy-in, so he is a doctor that engages with you to solve your problems. I am very favorably impressed.
Like I’ve said many times it’s like going to see a friend they make sure at home they take care of you answer all questions and help you make the right choices Dr. Avant.. is the best and his team is great and they all have a sense of humor…
Dr Avant is always kind and caring for his patients. He goes above and beyond to get done whatever is necessary to get you back to your old self.

I'm not sure if Dr Avant is good or not but after dealing with the front office staff I chose to cancel my appointment. If it's not smooth at the start, it's probably not going to get any better. Don't need the aggravation.
The office staff is efficient, short wait times, PA is knowledgeable, and Dr Avant is thorough and fully explains everything. Great doctor.
