Doctor Avant explained the x-rays, And how the arthritis has basically overwhelmed all the joints in my hand. He explained in a way that I was able to understand, that there was not a replacement surgery that would solve the problem or the issue that I have with my wrist and thumb!
Great experience with my shoulder surgery. From the day of the surgery until now (5 months out) it has been as smooth as an experience as possible. I would definitely recommend.
Dr. Avant was attentive and very personable. He is knowledgeable and seemed to understand exactly where it hurt and why. He got me right in to an MRI ASAP. I am very pleased with Dr. Avant so far.
Although the wait was long, once I was taken back everything happened quickly. Dr. Avant and his staff are worth the wait. The office appears to run efficiently and I trust Dr. Avant’s care.
Dr Avant is a very kind, compassionate and skilled surgeon! He repaired my son’s wrists (both) after a motorcycle accident and he is good as new, so I can back for carpal tunnel surgery, & now I’m good as new! Very pleased with his skill & bedside manor!
He was simply amazing!!! Down to earth wonderful bedside manner made sure I completely healed before releasing me!!! I would definitely recommend, he repaired my bucket hair torn meniscus and made sure I was allowed the proper time to heal. He answered all my questions and was true advocate for my well being.
Everyone was soo nice!!
