I had a bad experiences with this office and. They do not follow up with recovery part of the surgery. I only saw dr. West 5min before the surgery and 5min after the surgery in the hospital. The follow up with np.was even worse. He was no help at all. I would not recommend them at all. It's been a year since my surgery and I'm in worst pain than I started. This dr. Is no help at all .The np is not any better. Waiting to see a different dr. to see what was done wrong.I just changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 star
Waiting room time was very long; 40 minutes. The visits seemed very rushed. I don't feel that I got clear explanations or evaluation. I didn't feel confident in this practice to make a 3rd appointment. The receptionist was efficient and friendly!
Great doctors and explains questions. Very good care
