I made an appointment with Dr. Jones for my knee issues. The day of my appointment, I waited almost 3 hours and when he finally came into the exam room, he was abrupt and barely spent 5 minutes with me. He did not even know why I was there and asked the woman who accompanied him to the exam room. Very disappointed and decided not to go back to him.
Entire team of Dr. Jones was exceptional. Felt at ease, well-informed of what was to happen in surgery, and felt confident I was getting top-notch care. High level of professionalism and care from all. Very happy w surgery, follow-up, and current physical therapy treatment.
Dr. Jones provided exceptional care throughout my surgical journey. He addressed all my concerns, explained risks and alternatives thoroughly, and took his time during the procedure. His expertise and compassion ensured a smooth and successful experience. Highly recommend.
I have known Dr. Jones for many years now and he's great but unfortunately the office/management staff has always been extremely poor. You cannot get anything done and they just give you the run around for months on end. There's no reaching Dr. Jones at all outside of an appointment. Overall customer service is abysmal. I've spent nine(9) years dealing with this broken office but I've had enough and can't do it anymore. So sad I can't see Dr. Jones anymore.
