Dr. Gould her self is AMAZING. Always friendly, polite, and she listens. I’ve been coming here for years for my annual. For whatever reason today they notified me my annual may not be covered due to a new insurance law. I asked why wasn’t I told ahead of time so that I can verify my benefits ? Pam the administrator offered no apologies or explanations. Instead verbatim her response was “you should check your benefit package”. Im almost 40 and I come once a year . I recently moved out of state, but needless to say I was looking for an excuse to find a new Gyno. This office has been very hit or miss over the years. The front desk quality seems to fluctuate. Once, I called to rebook an appointment. They provided X day and X time; it goes into my calendar. When I show up, I’m told I never had an appointment at all. I visited the office and met an African American female at the front desk. She was very unprofessional when I addressed my concerns regarding not having my driver’s license scanned within the system. The African American’s behavior was like a toddler with a tantrum. He stood from her chair and marched to the door that was located behind her. She was annoyed and came back stating that I would not be seen without having my license scanned into their system. I asked her to view my license instead of scanning it.
