Kristin is a very knowledgeable real estate agent in the Cary/Apex area, She helped guide us through the school system to find the best fit for my family. We felt she really took her time to find the best deal and the best house for us, Her professionalism and responsiveness is refreshing and helped take the stress out buying a home.
I have bought and sold many properties and Kristin Pantiga was by far the best real estate agent I have used. I wish we had found her earlier. She took her time and we always felt we were her number one priority even though I know she had many clients. DO NOT USE COMPANY (DebTeam) OR AGENT (Kristin Patiga). I WISH I COULD GIVE 0. All blatant lies. We put up an offer for a house and Kristin Pantiga was the seller agent. We provided all information and documentation and everything was accepted. We signed the documentation too. Kristin stated that owner doesn't live in NC so that is the reason it is taking time.
