Prompted by a referral from Kool Smiles to evaluate the necessity of a crown-vs-a root canal, I had an exam with Dr. Renck. Although I brought xray photos, more xrays were taken to ensure an accurate reading. Dr. Renck thoroughly explained what he had observed, as well as my options for repair and was very courteous.

Numbed the area very professionally had me lie back to work on the tooth, 3rd from the front left side, assistant kept the water from falling down my throat! Felt that everything between dentist and assistant went smoothly. A good experience for me always, good work, no pain, feels smooth, felt comfortable, no anxiety.
I was taken right back. I received a return call the same day. I left a message on Sandy's phone she was very helpful, made an appointment the following week. Dr. Butler expalined everything in detail.
He's always very careful with me. It's to the point that he's able to do dental work on me without having a full blown panic attack. This is the first dentist to EVER do this! The work he does is definitley an A+. I don't ever wat to switch dentists again. You're stuck with me for life. :) Thank you for everything Dr. O!
First off the Staff is very kind and were very understanding about my anxiety of being at the dentist. They talked me through the entire procedure and were there to let me know everything was okay. Dr. Butler was great! I got my wisdom teeth removed and I'm terrified in general about going to the dentist let alone, this was my first extraction. Carol is very sweet. Dr Paul was great. They did their best for my tooth even the rootcanal was unsuccessful. I have every confidence in them I know when my tooth starts bothering me again they will take care of me. Thank you!
I love Dr. O and his assistants. Dr O is so gentle, kind, respectful, and skilled, and I would not want another dentist. His assistants are also so sweet and accomodating.
I had a short wait in the waiting room, then was taken back to numb my mouth. After that I had a short wait for the dentist. Then got my fillings done.
