I had an excellent experience at Seewell Eyecare in Bellevue. Dr. Kristin Jacob was extremely helpful, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was equally impressive—very professional, friendly, and made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I truly felt cared for from start to finish and highly recommend them to anyone looking for and eye Doctor and team that genuinely cares to make sure you are well taken care of.

Dr.Jacob was quick, kind, and efficient. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this establishment if you’re not of fair skin. One the individuals front desk had scheduled my appointment under “TaNISHA Butler”. There is no exception or excuse to mistake my name Taniya for Tanisha. That was extremely disrespectful and blatantly racist. It’s disheartening to know I couldn’t simply better my vision without encountering such a miserable mindset.
