Was able to select a pair and have it ready much faster than expected as well as an awesome team who helped through the whole process. One worker named Jacob Cass made everything super easy so special shout-out to him :)
I would like to recommend Seewell Eye Care, as someone who had a very complicated situation and both Dr Jacob and her staff went above and beyond to help me in every way. It took quite a long time to figure out my prescription, as it seemed I had a number of issues that needed to be investigated in order to make sure I would see correctly, and I had to come in multiple times over a number of months. I have been a customer of this outlet for almost 4 years now. Just today, I had to call in due to my glasses' frame being damaged. Arriving right around closing time, I was greeted with a brand new frame and the repair service, all taking under 10 minutes and being free of charge. All of this business was completed very respectfully.
Dr. Jacob, and her staff, went above and beyond. They made time for me in their busy schedule due to an urgent eye injury. I truly felt relieved by their care and concern for my injury. The Dr. treated me with respect, got my pain addressed immediately and provided a care plan to fit my needs. They discussed my insurance competently with me and it was SO much better of a price & experience than if I'd have gone to an Urgent Care clinic or an E.R. I would HIGHLY recommend SeeWell Eye Care, Dr. Jacob and the team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
