BE AWARE OF FRAUD!!!! Before made an appointment I filled all the paperwork on their site. I called them if they accepted my insurance and If everything is fine before I come and they told me they will call me back. They never called back so I called few hours before my appointment and they said yes we take your insurance. I specially ask them if I don't have to pay anything out of pocket.
