Nurse ignored my plea for prescription colonoscopy prep request and I was told I needed another colonoscopy after the first because the over the counter prep they told me I had to use did not work. Got another one with prescription prep and was successful. However it is costing me $17,000.00 because insurance would not cover the second one.

I am a type 8, and YES, I definitely have trust issues! I recently met Dr. Richard Boulay and his team. The moment I greeted Dr. Boulay and looked into his eyes, I knew I would be listened to, that I would receive support and help. Very kind and good professionalists!! I have a language barrier but they do everything possible to make me feel comfortable and understand what to expect. The doctor is very nice and polite and friendly. Easy to talk to
Dr Gilbert seems to me, as this was my first visit with me, to be of those doctors in medicine who actually likes to provide care and see patients get well. He listened with care to all of my concerns. He actually asked follow up questions, which to me is an important indication that he wants to help me figure out the issues behind my concerns. I look forward to future great experiences with the faculty.
