Kristi was teamed up with another realtor, and claimed they would always be accessible. In reality, they wouldn't answer their phones, and would respond to voicemails with a text message 12 to 24 hours later. For some issues, I had to communicate directly with the buyers realtor. After working with 11 different realtors in the past, I can definitely say this was my worst experience.
Kristi is very personable and understands what the buyer wants and responds quickly to their needs.
