Kristen is a very professional, resourceful, responsible, hard working and kind realtor. She spent half a year helping us sell our house in 2024 when the market was pretty slow. She found a great stager for us and paid for the majority of the staging fee. Her husband took nice pictures of the house. We listed our home with another agent over a year ago and pulled it from the market after 6 months and no movement. We listed with Kristen this past spring/summer and have successfully sold the house. She was great with realistic initial pricing, providing weekly updates, and during the negotiation process. She also happened to be on a family vacation on the other side of the world during a stint and organized another agent to help and was even available herself. Highly recommend!
