Kristen is an absolute gem! She did an OUTSTANDING job finding us the perfect lot to build our beach house. Her knowledge of the area was amazing. It can't be overstated how wonderful it was to work with Kristen. In a market as tough as this one - San Luis Obispo with little to no inventory - plus, the search for a very specific type of property, Kristen was patient, caring, and diligent. She never gave up on us. Kristen is AMAZING. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the home-buying process guidelines and nuances. More than once she was able to help hone our contract because of her deep knowledge of the area. Her service was above and beyond, including the detailed schedule of events she provided at the beginning of the process, friendly reminders of important timelines, and assistance on some VERY in-depth diligence that had us reviewing the sellers' budget sheets together.
