Kristen is not a real estate agent. She's a kind human being that will do everything for you in search of your home. She will treat the experience as if she was the home buyer herself, She will do all the leg work, and sees the red flags when they appear. We couldn't have been more lucky to work with Kristen. Our realtor before her was a joke. I would recommend her to the community without a doubt.
We were squeezed into purchasing a little sooner than we anticipate. Kristen was our agent and really went to bat for us! We ended up finding the perfect house at the perfect time thanks to Kristen. It felt really good to have someone with a “whatever it takes” attitude. We are both grateful and will use Kristen in the future for any of our real estate needs.
If you want a real estate agent that is a 1000% on your side and is looking out for you even when you don’t know to be looking out for you Kristen is your agent! I have never felt in better hands! We moved from out of state, and did not understand how important a good agent is in North Carolina, as it is a buyers beware state, she had our back the ENTIRE time! I can’t recommend her enough!
