I had an appointment where she had written a referral to a provider that I didn’t find out till later was not covered by my insurance. When I attempted to contact her through the online portal and over the phone to get it corrected I was ignored. So I made another in office appointment in which she refused to write me a referral to a provider covered by my insurance because she had “other patients”. They have a kiosk check in that eats IDs, and the receptionist will watch you standing there in line for 10 min while person after person struggles with it. Just watching with blank faces, and then when you come to the desk tell you with the same vacant expression that you're late and need to reschedule. All 10 people in a row that they watched arrive on time.
