Working with Kris and the Wise Team was a phenomenal experience. We've sold a few houses in our past and this was one of the easiest we've ever had. In fact, Kris sold our home with a "Coming Soon" sign only. Having the right realtor is the most important aspect to buying/selling a home and Kris is the best. She has a personal touch that makes the experience very relaxed and comfortable.
Mark & Kris are a fantastic duo! Their entire team went above and beyond and were so patient, gracious and professional in assisting our parents to find the right home! We can't say enough wonderful things about this team!!
Kris is a very caring, knowledgeable hard worker who will go the extra mile to either find the home of your dreams and desires, or come to your house, advise on what helps sell your house...if it needs painting, repair, updates, etc. for you to get the most profit. She also has a team of people who will do the job(s) at reasonable cost. Without reservations I say all this knowing that when I called her, she quickly rescued two friends from near disasters!
