Only use these folks if your house is in immaculate, ready to buy condition. We've had our house on the market since August with no sale and very little interest. Granted, it needs some TLC. But we were told "Don't do anything to the home, an investor is bound to snatch it up in less than 30 days". 5 months later, " oh, you should really put a coat of paint inside, then it will move ". We're trying to fire them and now they won't send the release forms. DO NOT USE THIS REALTY COMPANY.

RecommendedThey were absoulutely outstanding. It was our fist time buying a home. I never expected to receive so much in buying a home. We got a gift from the realtor and the previous homeowners and it was awesome! We didn't really get to see the house until about a week before closing but it was great for what we wanted and Chanda knew that. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. Made the whole process a breeze for our inexperience.
