We had a fabulous experience with KHL managing our residential real-estate transactions. The team was responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They made the entire process much easier at every step.
Got referred to them by another attorney I worked with. KHL LAW betrayed me and sided with my ex business partner. Made me sign away 30% of company and then dissolved it. They don’t want to send me any of the original documentation I had done in order to make it more difficult for me with my business partner. Stay far away from this bad firm. They are involved with Pertnoy, Solowksy, Allen, both firms are now one firm after they merged. I will never recommend anyone to go with them as they are engaged in severe law violations under oath and they will not be active for too long. Do a research and find yourself an ethical firm(s). I am currently involved in a case with them and they are remote from legal attorneys.
Stay away from this law firm, I am currently involved in a case that has been going since 2017. This firms is also very much connected with Solowsky, Allen, Pertnoy. They are one today. Do a good research on these folks before you think about hiring them or doing any type of business with them. Currently under investigation for severe law violations.
