This place is so bad, it used to be good. I wonder what happened to them, the management is nonexistent. I had been going here for many years, and I had been treated by many qualified, opticians Optometrist and ophthalmologist. Now I can never get through. The voice answering services us a continuous loop. It’s completely absurd.
They don't return calls - called a few times left messages. Now a week later still waiting. Went elsewhere
This place used to be good. However now they never answer the phone. They don't communicate and they double book appointments. On top of all of that they blame patients and take no ownership or responsibility. Don't waste your time.
This place needs better management. Awful customer service, patients are waiting for more than two hours to be seen and staff won't even bother to let us know why are we waiting for sooo.... long. Wouldn't even talk to us or offer to reschedule. I would give them a 0 star.
Very bad and unprofessional staff. They give you the run around and never return your calls. The worse ever.
