First time patient, My appointment was at 11:45 and I arrived at around 11:10AM......walked I. And was created by the Dr. with a smile(welcoming) I walked up to the desk ,gave my name and was given a paper to fill out,about 10 minutes after I filled out the paper work I was taken to the back and cared for in a delicate manner by the nurse....... I waited almost an hour to be seen. The patient files are stacked up all over the office. Then once in the office she asked questions that seemed very irrelevant. Like why I came to this office. she asked this multiple times. the first time I can understand but to continue asking the same question became a bit offensive. she spent time talking to my kids and was very nice but I did not have time for this time waster after waiting an hour to be seen. This doctor is the worst! She is nasty and unprofessional and doesn't have the courtesy to treat her clients with decorum... The wait time is long and she is unfortunately one of the only Dr.'s that accept Medicare. Which is extremely inconvenient as she is a mean old witch. Good luck if you need to go to her... better off driving out of your way to get a better experience.
