People have said positive and negative things, but I'd say the truth is some of both. She is unusually caring and humane in some regards, but also can occasionally be controlling, and is disorganized. I couldn't care less if she has towering piles of papers in her office, it's not like that's hurting anybody, but when important paperwork is missing or illegible, that's a more significant issue. I will be honest and say that Dr. Kreps is indeed kind of disorganized and scattered, as some negative reviewers have stated here, and it inconvenienced me a good number of times, but never actually harmed me. I think what the negative reviewers here are missing is that Dr. Kreps struggles to keep track of things perfectly because she is VERY busy on account of putting out serious fires, i.e. handling patient emergencies. Terrible doctor. Consistently 45 mins to an hour late. Incredibly disorganized--regularly lost my blood results between visits (also rarely called with my blood results). I recommended her to two friends who were struggling and she never called them back. I was having an issue with my medication and it took her weeks to return my calls, even though I left on my messages that I was feeling like a danger to myself.
