Super-sore back from sitting an over-sized chair with no support for eight months. His and Her Bodyworks, masseuses are excellent but last two visits , both said ‘go to a chiropractor!’ I saw Wendy once and she worked the spine around muscles, adjusted my hips and did her magic. Second visit and I’m feeling more balanced running and not sore post-workouts. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and I’ll keep going as part of my wellness and longevity plan.
Great chiropractor. Dr. Wendy is also active in the community. I always feel much better after an adjustment.
