I had purchased a Gravely Zero Turn from Kreider's back in April, 2015. The machine has run flawlessly with the exception of a failed hydro unit, out of manufacturers warranty. Kreider's worked with the manufacturer and was able to provide some assistance with the repair. In regards to performing the basic maintenance on the machine, I always take the Gravely back to Kreider's for the larger service items.
