Food was great. Service was bad. We ordered garlic knots. Never got them. Asked for the spicy ranch sauce. Didn’t get that either had to ask again. Drinks were empty and literally had to flag down the waitress. Twice. Salads were wrong. And they were not very busy so there is no reason for poor service like that.
2 hours for a pizza on a Friday night?!? You must really hate money! As a fellow business owner in this town I hope you read this and make some serious changes.
I love Karl, you guys are my go to every time I want breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack! I would highly recommend this place, Karl and his staff are excellent and the Za is poppin.

Ya’ll Have the best pizza! Is it a perfect experience every time? No, but y’all are one of the busiest pizza joints in the country and mistakes just happen when you’re that busy. Thanks for always making things right, being active on social, and dear god, thank you for putting Music City Hot Chicken on a pizza. Lifetime customer!

Absolutely fantastic. I went there for lunch had a cold beer and the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Few things in this world can the deliciousness of the BBQ chicken pizza!! Also, there chicken wing are some of the best I've had, plump, spicy, awesome! And a big thanks to Krazy Karls for sponsoring Choice City Crossfit's and many other local business's events. Great to see a local business supporting others.
