Cold pizza again 90 minutes of waiting been this way last few times ive ordered guess its oven pizza from now on lol i wont order from them again ive learned my lesson !!!!�
Their pizza is good. It tastes delicious and is cheap if you get the special.
My boyfriend and I come in all the time for the pizza of the week; but a few weeks ago, we had a small issue with one of the servers. Not a huge deal, but Mike (the manager) went out of his way to apologize to us, and even told us he would be covering our pizza! Super kind and super unexpected! We still love Karl’s and will continue coming for pizza of the week!
Yet again, for the 3rd time in a month, I'm waiting for my pizza to be cooked. I don't mind that it takes an hour to be ready but when I call, tell me an hour! Don't tell me 20 minutes and make me stand here for another 30+!! The pizza is the best, I get that, that's why I come...Just stop lying to me!!!!
